Using The Lens was a great experience from start to finish. The room is a lovely bright space. Carly and her team set up all the tech and catering for us, making sure everything ran smoothly and was stress-free, leaving me to focus on moderating and managing my clients

This facility is excellent for smaller groups. The staff are lovely and know what they are doing; it was great having a designated host’s number to help respondents. Nothing was too much trouble, and all correspondence was answered speedily. Nothing was too much trouble, and I would definitely use again
