Using The Lens was a great experience from start to finish. The room is a lovely bright space. Carly and her team set up all the tech and catering for us, making sure everything ran smoothly and was stress-free, leaving me to focus on moderating and managing my clients.

This facility is excellent for smaller groups. The staff are lovely and know what they are doing; it was great having a designated host’s number to help respondents. Nothing was too much trouble, and all correspondence was answered speedily. Nothing was too much trouble, and I would definitely use again.

The Lens was so accommodating to everything we needed for our project, the
team could not have been more helpful, and our clients really enjoyed their
experience. It is well equipped and well designed, and the location is perfect! Highly recommend as a more personal option to the larger viewing houses
